CANCELLATION POLICY

All infrared sauna sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to do so results in full charge for the appointment. If you have a pack or are a member, one session will be deducted from your account. Unlimited monthly members will be charged a fee of $20 for late cancellations. Cancellations can be made through our booking site, email or phone. By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have read and understand this policy.
