Wellness Team Member

The Wellness Refinery is seeking a Wellness Team Member to fulfill duties of tonic bar and infrared sauna operations alongside a hard working team while ensuring the highest-level of client satisfaction.

A quick note: While you will be trained on both tonic bar and infrared sauna practices, each shift will have a designated duty—tonic bar, infrared sauna or floater.

What you’ll do:

  • Warmly and friendly greet clients

  • Receive customer orders (online & in-person)

  • Whisk & blend up health packed lattes & smoothies

  • Complete retail checkout

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Adhere to Food Safety & Health Department regulations

  • Manage and complete infrared sauna operations (scheduling, cleaning, laundry services)

  • Maintain strong knowledge of services, products and brand

  • Provide thorough explanation of services and products to clients

  • Complete client bookings via MindBody software

  • Manage appointment and retail checkout via MindBody software

  • Take phone calls and assist clients with inquiries

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, clients, and colleagues

  • Communicate with all levels of the management team

  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
